Hello, world! Susanna and Richard here! Married 5 years and digital nomads for 6, we’re committed to living life to the fullest!
Our story started in early 2014. Fresh out of graduate school, I (Richard) headed off to Southeast Asia (as one does) to see a bit of the world. It was in Da Nang, Vietnam that I laid eyes on this beauty — all darkeyes and wild hair — who turned out to be Susanna. We got married 8 months later in Bali because, well, when you know, you just know, you know?
After time spent in Asia, Down Under, Africa, and Europe, we’re finally back home in the US where we found that there’s so much to see and explore in our own backyard. You’re more likely to run into us on the road, on the trails, or under the stars than at our little condo because, well, the outdoors is more home to us than anywhere. We love to hike, camp, kayak, snowboard, ski, snowshoe. We’ll try any adventure at least once.You name it, and we’re down!
We started this blog to share what we’ve learned along the way and to hopefully inspire others to get out there and explore.
